What will my work responsibilities look like if I join
In this role - you would:
- Hardware roadmap ownership: Own the end-to-end product roadmap for hardware, ensuring alignment with company goals and product requirements.
- Cross-functional coordination: Collaborate closely with mechanical, electronics, systems, and firmware teams, acting as the single point of contact for hardware deliverables.
- Manufacturing readiness: Work closely with production, sourcing, and contract manufacturers to ensure designs are production-ready, cost-effective, and scalable.
- Issue resolution and iteration: Lead the effort to troubleshoot, prioritize, and resolve issues across development and manufacturing balancing speed, quality, and reliability.
- Program tracking and delivery: Track progress against milestones, manage dependencies, and ensure on-time hardware delivery through structured execution and clear communication.
- User and product focus: Maintain a clear understanding of user needs and product goals, ensuring that hardware decisions enhance the end product experience.
What makes you a match for us
- 7-10 years of experience working in hardware product development or hardware program management
- Strong understanding of mechanical, electronics, and systems engineering fundamentals
- Experience working with contract manufacturers and production partners
- Excellent documentation, communication, and project management skills

- Prior experience working on consumer electronics or robotics is a strong plus
