Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and drive the company's overall visual direction, producing high-quality graphics, illustrations, animations, videos, and motion content while setting the creative standards for the team.
  • Independently conceptualize and execute high-impact design initiatives, from brand campaigns to complex product storytelling.
  • Design marketing and product assetsincluding emails, landing pages, social media campaigns, presentations, infographics, print collateral, and event materialwith a strategic, narrative-driven approach.
  • Lead the evolution of brand guidelines, visual systems, typography, color frameworks, and design principles to maintain consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Mentor and guide junior and mid-level designers, providing creative direction, feedback, and coaching to improve design quality and team performance.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, product, growth, and development teams to ensure aligned, cohesive, and high-performing design output.
  • Leverage AI tools to generate variations, accelerate workflows, and create scalable design systems and templates.
  • Oversee modular design frameworks (email templates, UI banners, thumbnails, etc.) to drive efficiency and creative consistency across campaigns.
  • Manage multiple complex projects end-to-endprioritizing, planning, and executing with minimal supervisionwhile ensuring exceptional quality and timely delivery.
  • Transform complex SaaS concepts into clear, engaging, user-centric visual stories that elevate brand perception and product understanding.
  • Contribute to high-level creative strategy, pitching ideas and presenting design rationale to leadership stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field.
  • 7+ years of professional design experience, preferably within SaaS, technology, or high-growth start-up environments.
  • Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and strong fluency in modern design systems.
  • Advanced skills in motion graphics, 2D animation, GIF creation, and video editing is a plus.
  • Deep expertise in typography, color theory, layout, composition, and accessibility standards.
  • Proven experience designing across digital, web, product, email, and social media marketing campaigns.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead designers, run critiques, and elevate creative output for the broader team.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage fast-paced, high-volume design cycles while maintaining exceptional quality.
  • Knowledge of prototyping tools (Sketch, Axure) and data visualization concepts is a plus.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to align design decisions with business goals.
