Minimum 3 YeARS of relevant Oracle fusion - ORACLE RECRUITMENT CLOUD (ORC) hcm technical experience
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Responsibilities
- Understanding on Oracle Fusion - Oracle Recruitment Cloud (ORC)
- Configure and implement ORC solutions for recruitment, hiring, and onboarding processes
- Design and develop ORC workflows, approval processes, and data integrations
- Collaborate with clients to gather business requirements and design solutions
- Understanding on Out of the box integration with ORC
- Develop and deliver training to end-users
- Create and customize Oracle Fusion HCM Reports and Interfaces
- Write and optimize SQL and PL/SQL code for data integrations
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
Other Responsibilities
- Stay up-to-date with new ORC features and best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions
- Develop and maintain technical documentation
