Role overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to join a strategic engineering initiative focused on improving application quality, stability, performance and scalability. This role will work closely with Product, Customer Success, Support, QA and Engineering teams to analyze, prioritize, troubleshoot and remediate issues across a large and complex enterprise SaaS platform.

The ideal candidate is a strong hands-on engineer who enjoys debugging complex systems, working across legacy and modern technologies and driving platform reliability improvements.

Key responsibilities:

• Investigate, troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues and customer-reported defects.
• Reduce technical debt and improve overall platform quality and maintainability.
• Analyze root causes across frontend, backend, database, integrations and infrastructure layers.
• Enhance and maintain existing application modules while minimizing regression risk.
• Review and optimize application performance, scalability and reliability.
• Collaborate with QA teams to reproduce issues, validate fixes and improve test coverage.
• Work with Product, Support and Customer Success teams to prioritize issues based on business impact and customer needs.
• Support regular release cycles and ensure production readiness.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices.
• Improve logging, monitoring, diagnostics and observability capabilities.
• Document technical findings, remediation plans and system improvements.

Required skills and qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in Full Stack Development with enterprise application environments.

Frontend

• Strong JavaScript and TypeScript experience
• Experience with legacy frontend frameworks such as Knockout.js, AngularJS or similar MVVM frameworks
• Modern frontend experience with React, Angular or Vue.js
• HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, responsive design
• jQuery and browser debugging tools

Backend

• Strong experience with C# and .NET Framework / .NET Core
• REST API development and troubleshooting
• Authentication and authorization implementations
• Experience debugging distributed application architectures

Database

• Microsoft SQL Server
• Query optimization and performance tuning
• Stored Procedures, Views, Functions and Indexing
• Data analysis and troubleshooting of data-related issues

Cloud and DevOps

• Azure experience preferred
• Azure DevOps
• CI/CD pipelines
• Application monitoring and logging
• Performance profiling and diagnostics

Must have skills:

• Strong Full Stack Development experience with C#, .NET Framework/.NET Core and SQL Server.
• Expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript and modern frontend frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js).
• Experience working with legacy frontend technologies such as Knockout.js or AngularJS.
• REST API development, troubleshooting and integration expertise.
• Database performance tuning, query optimization and data troubleshooting.
• Azure cloud platform and Azure DevOps experience.
• Strong debugging and root cause analysis capabilities.
• Experience supporting enterprise SaaS applications in production environments.

Good to have skills:

• Experience supporting large-scale multi-tenant SaaS platforms.
• Exposure to platform modernization and legacy application transformation initiatives.
• Knowledge of reporting, analytics, ETL or data warehouse environments.
• Experience with observability tools, telemetry and production monitoring solutions.
• Understanding of Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles and production support practices.
