We are hiring a Principal Full Stack Engineer with strong expertise in React, React Native, Java, and Microservices architecture. This is a senior technical leadership role focused on designing scalable full-stack applications, driving architecture decisions, mentoring engineering teams, and delivering high-quality enterprise solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable full-stack applications using React, React Native, and Java
- Architect and implement Microservices-based solutions
- Build responsive web and mobile applications
- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and backend services
- Lead technical architecture discussions and provide technical guidance
- Mentor developers and conduct code reviews
- Manage CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes
- Work closely with product, business, and engineering teams
- Ensure application performance, scalability, security, and maintainability
