  • Strategic finance role with exposure to global stakeholders.

Job Description

    • Maintaining & Overseeing the operations of the GIFT IFSC operations including, finance, accounts, tax and IFSCA regulatory requirements
    • Overseeing compliance with applicable IFSCA and GIFT IFSC financial and regulatory requirements
    • Act as key managerial personnel responsible GIFT IFSC operations reporting to Board of Directors of GIFT City entity & Group CFO.
    • Consolidations- preparations and review of Consolidation Financials
    • Treasury management
    • Coordinating with Parent Company and operating entities in India

The Successful Applicant

A successful Principal Finance Officer should have:

  • Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) - mandatory
  • 5+ years of experience in Finance & Accounts, preferably in financial services
  • Experience in GIFT IFSC regulatory environment is preferred.
  • Good understanding of GIFT/IFSCA regulations is preferred
