About Position

As a Principal Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of engineers to deliver project goals on time and within budget. You will be involved in strategic planning, team management, process improvements, and technical leadership. Your role will involve collaborating with various departments to ensure engineering projects align with company objectives. You will also be expected to mentor and develop your team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence

What You'll Do

  • Lead and manage a team of engineers to deliver high-quality software solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Ensure the application of best practices in software development, including code reviews, testing, and documentation.
  • Oversee the design and implementation of scalable, robust systems using .NET, Azure, and SQL.

Expertise You'll Bring

  • Proficiency in .NET: The candidate must have a strong understanding and experience in .NET framework, including ASP.NET, .NET Core, and related technologies.
  • Expertise in Azure: The candidate should have hands-on experience with Azure cloud services, including Azure DevOps, Azure Functions, and Azure Logic Apps.
  • Mastery of SQL: The candidate should have a deep understanding of SQL, including writing complex queries, stored procedures, and optimizing database performance.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field is required, with a Master's degree preferred.
  • React: Experience with React.js and its core principles.
  • JavaScript: Proficiency in JavaScript, including understanding of ES6 syntax.
  • Agile methodologies: Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
  • Python: Experience in Python programming.
  • Docker: Knowledge of Docker containerization.
  • Kubernetes: Experience with Kubernetes orchestration.
  • CI/CD: Understanding of continuous integration and continuous deployment processes.
  • Microservices: Experience in designing and implementing microservices architecture.
  • Machine Learning: Familiarity with machine learning algorithms and their applications.
  • Project Management: Experience in managing technical projects and leading teams. Required
