Your Opportunity
We are looking for a highly experienced Principal UX Engineer who can combine strong design sensibilities with deep technical expertise. In this role, you will define and drive the UX vision and strategy for our enterprise products, ensuring world-class user experiences across platforms. You will play a key part in shaping design systems, mentoring teams, and influencing the overall product direction to deliver intuitive and impactful solutions.
What You'll Do
Lead UX architecture and strategy for enterprise-level applications and platforms.
Design and develop scalable UI components using modern frameworks such as React, Next.js, or Vue.
Optimize for performance and scalability ensure high responsiveness across large data sets and dynamic views.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver cohesive and seamless user experiences.
Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and improve usability.
Translate complex system capabilities into intuitive, elegant, and responsive user interfaces.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design intent effectively.
Establish and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across products.
Mentor junior UX engineers and designers, fostering innovation and best practices.
Stay updated with emerging UX trends, frameworks, and technologies, and integrate them into product development.
What You Bring
Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Human-Computer Interaction, Design, or related field.
1215 years of experience in UX engineering or front-end development.
Expert-level proficiency in React, JavaScript/TypeScript, and/or Next.js.
Strong experience building component libraries or contributing to design systems (e.g., Fluent UI, Material UI).
Solid understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and responsive design principles.
Experience with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with proven cross-team collaboration experience.
Preferred Experience:
Working with AI-driven platforms or data-intensive applications.
Familiarity with BI tools like Power BI and integrating UX within analytics environments.
Experience in global or multi-modal product ecosystems.
