We Are Looking For Experienced Topside Principal And Lead Process Engineers To Join Our Team. Your Work Scope Includes But Not Limited To
- Leads and controls process engineering activities mainly for Topside facilities in FPSO/FLNG/Offshore facilities.
- Develop corporate technical standards/procedures, workflow, engineering platform (e.g. process design data integration) and keep them updated, integral, practical and fit to purpose with incorporating Project Lesson Learned.
- Assist Head of Discipline in managing a corporate organization and mentors Process Engineers in the Discipline.
- Conducts technical validation and quality assurance (input/output data accuracy, technical appropriateness, consistency, practicality, code, optimum solution and regulatory compliance), provides technical advice or takes a lead as Project Discipline Lead - Topside Process in executing Feasibility /Conceptual Study/Pre-FEED/FEED, EPCI Engineering for FPSO/FLNG or Offshore facilities projects.
- Analyze and identify optimal solutions and communicate these solutions through technical reports.
- Develop Project Design Philosophies, Standards and Procedures
- Bachelor's/Master's in Engineering (Chemical preferred) with 15+ years oil & gas experience.
- Minimum 7 years at top-tier FPSO/EPC contractor and 2 FPSO EPCI projects from engineering to sail-away.
- Hands-on discipline and field engineering experience; strong knowledge of codes, standards, and FPSO/EPC practices.
- Proven leadership, team management, and communication skills; fluent in English and familiar with engineering platforms
