Principal Engineer/Senior Principal Engineer- Highways

• As a member of the Highways team you will be responsible for:
• Project Director/ Practice Director of large design projects.
• Provide technical guidance within design teams with minimal external guidance.
• Preparing budget, resourcing and delivering to the budget and agreed time frame.
• Active contributor to technical promotion e.g. internal case studies, papers etc.
• Produces design solutions from outline briefs and correctly interprets data and communicates it to others.
• Undertake Multi-Discipline project management with experience of providing full project.

Management and lead consultant duties:

• Managing own workload and the workload of subordinates within a matrix management structure.
• Takes responsibility for writing effective sections of technical reports.
• Active and responsible for technical growth of subordinates.
• Take an active role in our client s community, through its national and international forum to share best practice and pursue joint initiatives.
• Apply Atkins Quality, Safety & Environmental (QSE) standards and Business Management System (BMS).

• The position is to be based in Bangalore.
