What You Bring to the Table
- The Experience: 10+ years of software architectural engineering (BE/BTech preferred).
- The Stack: Deep expertise in Python, AWS, TypeScript, React, and Redux.
- AI Curiosity: Hands-on experience with LLMs, agent-based architectures, or automation frameworks.
- Leadership: A proven track record of mentoring teams and owning problems from conception to deployment.
- Quality First: A commitment to clear, maintainable, and testable code within a microservices environment.
Bonus Points For...
- Knowledge of RAG concepts (retrieval, ranking, knowledge bases).
- Experience with Agentic Frameworks (LangChain, etc.) and evaluation metrics.
- Background in Java/Spring Boot or Data Engineering.
