Experience Level: 20+ years experience in Aerospace Industry preferable in Aero Engines with proven leadership (both technical and managerial) skills and building large teams starts from hiring, training, develop functional org charts, execution delivery excellence and develop metrics in multi service lines. Experience to own and drive digital technologies for a specific program with proven outcome.

Work Experience
Experience working on large proposals, proactive proposals, and outcome-based type of proposals.
- Good amount of experience in handling service lines like After Market Services, Non-conformance management and Digital Technology solutions.
- Experience with Local Global approach and working experience with Multi geographies around the world.
- Expertise in recognizing industry challenges and developing customized solutions to secure new business.
- Work with extended functional teams needed (Talent team, Finance, HR, Business excellence) to execute the delivery plan and growth.
- Support, connect, collaborate and mediate wherever needed to enable smooth execution of the program
- Manage the communication plan with customers, cross sell, up sell and support incremental growth.
- Responsible for Technology Road Map Development for a department and mature (Q on Q progression)
- Responsible for Creating technical solution/pitch for existing and new services.
