Key Responsibilities

• Lead Java development and architecture for complex, scalable enterprise applications.
• Be 70% hands-on with coding, design, development, and code reviews.
• Drive technical architecture, solution design, and engineering best practices.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams.
• Work closely with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.
• Own technical decisions around design, performance, scalability, and reliability.

Key Skills

• Strong expertise in Core Java / Java Development
• Strong experience in Microservices & API development
• Hands-on experience with Spring Boot
• Strong understanding of Software Architecture & Design Patterns
