Job Summary
We're looking for a Principal Engineer with 10+ years of experience, serving as a senior technical leader responsible for shaping the architecture, design, and delivery of complex software systems across multiple technologies and platforms. This role provides technical direction, drives engineering excellence, and ensures the development of scalable, maintainable, and high-quality solutions. Working closely with engineering teams, stakeholders, and clients, the Principal Engineer guides key technical decisions, mentors engineers, and balances business objectives with long-term architectural vision.
Job Requirement:
- Proven experience designing, building, and scaling complex software systems in production environments.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Java and Python with a deep understanding of modern software engineering principles and practices.
- Demonstrated experience architecting distributed systems, microservices, and cloud-native applications.
- Strong system design capabilities with the ability to make architectural trade-offs between scalability, reliability, maintainability, performance, and delivery timelines.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with experience addressing complex technical challenges.
- Experience leading architecture discussions, technical reviews, and engineering initiatives across multiple teams.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms, distributed computing concepts, and modern application architectures.
- Exposure to AI/GenAI technologies and an interest in leveraging them to create business value.
- Proven ability to mentor engineers, influence technical decisions, and lead through technical expertise rather than positional authority.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Job Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture, design, and delivery of complex, scalable software systems across multiple technology stacks and platforms.

- Design and review distributed, cloud-native applications with a focus on scalability, reliability, security, and maintainability.
