About Role :

As a Principal Frontend Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience and technical direction of our web applications. With deep expertise in modern JavaScript frameworks (such as React or Vue), strong knowledge of web performance optimization, and mastery of frontend architecture, you will lead the design and implementation of scalable, accessible, and high-performing user interfaces. Your responsibilities include driving best practices in UI development, troubleshooting complex frontend issues, ensuring cross-browser and cross-platform reliability, and mentoring engineering teams. Proven leadership in delivering large-scale applications, familiarity with cloud-native environments, and a strong focus on usability and security are key attributes we seek. Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of scalable, modular, and performant frontend architecture using React + TypeScript
• Drive UI/UX excellence and front-end performance optimization across products
• Set and enforce standards for maintainable, well-documented, and testable code
• Utilize tools like Cursor, Windsurf, and GitHub Copilot throughout the SDLC for Requirements synthesis and spec generation, Code and test generation, Refactoring, documentation, and deployment optimization.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and release processes for frontend systems
• Ensure code quality through code reviews.
• Work closely with project managers to define deliverables and estimate timelines.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including product management and quality assurance.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and drive implementation of best practices.
• Monitor and optimize the performance of applications. Address scalability and performance issues.

Skills

• Deep expertise in React, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3
• Strong understanding of modern frontend architecture, component design patterns, and state management (e.g., Redux, Zustand, or equivalent)
• In-depth knowledge of APIs, HTTP, and REST architecture.
• Proficiency in performance tuning, accessibility, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility
• Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress)
• Familiarity with backend languages like Go, Java, Python.
• Proficiency with modern AI tools such as: Cursor / Windsurf

Experience and Qualifications

• 10+ years of frontend development experience
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality, production-ready web applications
• Engineering degree in computer science
