The Corporate Enablers (CE) Technology function provides Technology services to multiple business functions like Finance, HR and General Counsel and Corporate Property Services (CPS), globally. This includes on-premises and SaaS solutions, both in-house built and vendor provided. There is a strong focus on data analytics, workflow, automation tools and our inhouse built integration platform, to bring greater efficiency to these functions. The Corporate Enablers Technology team is a global team with people based in the UK, China, and India, and a part of the Enterprise Technology Services (ETS) organization.

Corporate Enablers Technology function is focussed on an ambitious, futurefocused transformation-evolving into an integrated delivery capability model built on modern engineering, intelligent automation, and an AIfirst mindset. This role sits at the center of our transformation journey. We are seeking a bold, innovative technology leader with strong engineering depth and a passion for building cloud-native, AI-driven ecosystems. You will help architect and execute our future CE technology landscape-one where:

Your mission will be to:

• Champion an AIfirst culture, inspiring teams to think creatively about how AI accelerates development, optimizes business processes, and generates measurable value.
• Elevate engineering standards, embedding scalable architecture patterns, automated controls, and continuous delivery practices.
• Drive automation at scale, enabling intelligent tooling, self-service platforms, and reusable engineering capabilities across CE.
• Shape a modern cloud & data ecosystem, enabling seamless integration, governed data flows, and analytics capabilities that empower business decision-making.
• Simplify and modernize the landscape, driving standardization, reuse, and efficiency to enable faster, smarter delivery.

As a change agent, you will spark innovation, drive cultural evolution, and inspire teams through thought leadership and hands-on guidance. You will bring the latest industry trends to CE and translate them into practical, scalable solutions that transform how we deliver technology and business value.

Essential Skills

• Proven experience embedding AI/ML across the SDLC, including design, development, training, deployment, and operationalization of AI/ML models and platforms.
• Hands-on capability in building AI enabled automation, intelligent workflows, and data driven decision engines.
• Demonstrated engineering leadership with the ability to build standardized, reusable patterns, frameworks, and libraries for scale and consistency.
• Strong programming proficiency in Python, Java, or Go, and hands-on familiarity with modern development toolchains, automation frameworks, and code-quality practices.
• Deep understanding of DevSecOps principles with hands-on experience implementing CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, observability, and release automation.
• Strong experience architecting and managing cloud-native platforms (preferably AWS) including services like EC2, S3, Lambda, EKS/Kubernetes, API Gateway, Step Functions, etc.
• Ability to inspire and influence teams to adopt AI-first, automation-led, cloud-native approaches.
• Demonstrated thought leadership in engineering, cloud, and AI trends - with a track record of driving technology modernization and transformation.
• Strong problem-solving capability with the ability to navigate complex, ambiguous technical landscapes and deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.
