- Simplify and modernize the landscape, driving standardization, reuse, and efficiency to enable faster, smarter delivery.

Required Skills
- Proven experience in building AI solutions across the full SDLC, including solution design, development, model training, deployment, and operationalization of enterprise‑grade AI platforms and models.
- Understands defining operating model for an AI project after go-live into production
- Establish modern engineering standards, reusable architecture patterns, frameworks, and libraries, with a strong focus on quality engineering, test automation, resilient design, and continuous improvement across delivery teams.
- Lead the implementation of modern DevSecOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, observability, release automation, and strong code‑quality controls, supported by proficiency in languages such as Python, Java, or Go.
- Experience in building cloud platforms and leverage engineering for efficiency and enhanced quality of the platform
- Thought leadership in engineering, cloud, and AI trends, combined with hands‑on experience modernizing technology landscapes and building scalable platforms
- Coach and grow engineering teams, foster a collaborative and high‑performance culture, and lead change through hands‑on guidance, thought leadership, and continuous improvement.
