Job Summary

The Principal Fusion SCM Techno-Functional Consultant serves as a trusted Oracle solution authority, leading the design, implementation, integration, and optimization of Oracle Fusion SCM Cloud and E-Business Suite solutions. This role blends deep functional SCM expertise with strong technical capabilities, customer advisory, team leadership, and pre-sales supportensuring solutions are scalable, compliant with Oracle standards, and aligned to business outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of Oracle SCM Cloud and EBS implementations across on-premise, cloud, and hybrid environments
  • Analyze customer business needs and translate them into robust, supportable Oracle solutions
  • Guide customers through their Journey to Cloud, applying Oracle best practices and standards
  • Design and develop integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud / SOA
  • Build and maintain OTBI reports and perform data extraction using SQL
  • Act as solution delivery authority, ensuring quality, cost-effectiveness, and reusability
  • Mentor and coach technical team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence
  • Support pre-sales activities, including technical solutioning and proposal development

Qualifications & Skills


Mandatory

  • 8+ years of experience delivering Oracle solutions or transformation programs
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience implementing Oracle Fusion SCM SaaS
  • Strong functional expertise in Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes
  • Proven experience across SCM modules:
  • Procurement: SSP, Purchasing, Sourcing, Supplier Portal, Supplier Qualification
  • Logistics & Manufacturing: Inventory, Costing, Order Management, Advanced Pricing, Manufacturing, Maintenance
  • Experience with Oracle SCM Cloud products including OM, Planning, Manufacturing, Procurement, Fulfillment, SLA, Costing
  • Proficiency in Oracle Cloud solution design, integrations, and reporting (OTBI, SQL)
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to work onsite or remotely based on business needs
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience

  • Experience with Oracle CX modules
  • Exposure to multi-cloud or hybrid cloud architectures
  • Experience reviewing and deploying Oracle Fusion quarterly updates
  • Prior involvement in global delivery or innovation programs
  • Oracle Cloud certifications

  • Have I successfully led or contributed to Oracle Fusion SCM Cloud implementations, particularly across O2C and P2P processes
  • Do I have hands-on experience designing integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud or SOA
  • Am I comfortable acting as a solution authority, guiding customers on scope, architecture, and best practices
  • Have I built or supported OTBI reports and worked with SQL for SCM data analysis
  • Do I enjoy mentoring teams, engaging with customers, and supporting pre-sales conversations
