Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Executive Advisory & Enterprise Transformation Leadership

  • Serve as a strategic advisor to C-suite executives across enterprise customer engagements.
  • Lead the most complex and high-impact transformation programs involving customer experience, personalization, AI-enabled operations, content supply chain transformation, and digital operating model modernization.
  • Define long-term transformation strategies aligned to measurable business outcomes, organizational change, and customer value realization.
  • Drive executive workshops, value realization discussions, digital maturity initiatives, and transformation governance.
  • Influence enterprise investment priorities and strategic adoption roadmaps.

Business Growth & Practice Expansion

  • Drive consulting-led growth opportunities, multi-million-dollar expansion initiatives, and strategic account development.
  • Identify new consulting offerings, innovation opportunities, AI-native services, and reusable frameworks to scale the SBC practice.
  • Partner closely with sales, regional leadership, delivery teams, product organizations, and executives to shape strategic pursuits and business growth.
  • Contribute directly to renewals, executive relationship management, and long-term customer partnerships.
  • Strengthen SBC organizational positioning through strategic customer success stories and innovation leadership.

AI Leadership & Innovation Strategy

  • Champion AI adoption across consulting methodologies, customer transformation programs, and operational models.
  • Define AI-native consulting approaches focused on personalization, automation, content intelligence, predictive insights, and productivity transformation.
  • Drive innovation strategies that improve consulting scalability, delivery efficiency, customer value realization, and business growth.
  • Act as a thought leader on emerging trends across AI, customer experience strategy, digital transformation, and enterprise operations.

People Leadership, Mentoring & Organizational Impact

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire consulting teams across strategic engagements and regional programs.
  • Build high-performing consulting culture through coaching, mentorship, capability development, and leadership enablement.
  • Support hiring, succession planning, competency development, organizational mentoring, and consulting enablement programs.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, accountability, and strategic thinking across the organization.
  • Represent Adobe and the SBC organization at customer events, industry forums, executive workshops, and leadership discussions.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required MBA strongly preferred.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in strategic consulting, digital transformation, customer experience, or enterprise technology strategy.
  • Extensive expertise across Adobe Experience Cloud and enterprise digital ecosystems.
  • Strong executive presence with demonstrated experience influencing C-level stakeholders and driving strategic business outcomes.
  • Proven track record in consulting growth, innovation leadership, mentoring, and organizational impact.
