You will lead the architecture for complex integrations, define data strategy, and establish the architectural guardrails that guide our global Salesforce landscape. When technical challenges arise - performance bottlenecks, complex integration issues, or scalability constraints - your expertise will fuel collaborative troubleshooting with cross‑functional engineering, security, and cloud team.
Your role will also involve setting DevOps best practices, governing CI/CD pipelines, and defining engineering standards that ensure reliable and consistent delivery. As we expand into AI and automation, you will help build the roadmap leveraging Copilot, Einstein AI, Agentforce, and responsible AI governance models.
Last but not least, your leadership will shape the technical direction of the team - mentoring technical leads, guiding developers, reviewing designs, managing technical debt, and ensuring alignment between business priorities and IT strategy.
