Job Description

Develop marine and civil engineering structures from conceptual and preliminary stages through to detailed design and construction planning
Collaborate with structural planning teams to deliver efficient and innovative engineering solutions
Create and manage BIM models and engineering drawings for projects of varying complexity
Coordinate with project managers and engineers across local and international teams (including Germany) for project execution
Prepare preliminary, general arrangement, and detailed drawings for infrastructure projects
Produce steel and reinforcement detailing drawings, excavation layouts, and 3D concrete models
Generate Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and ensure accuracy in design deliverables
Utilize engineering design tools such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit, Tekla, MicroStation, and Inventor effectively
Apply relevant detailing standards, including concrete and international (European/German) standards
Support and mentor junior team members by sharing technical knowledge and best practices
Work on transportation and infrastructure projects such as tunnels, ports, underground structures, pumping stations, and bridges
Ensure adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and company policies
Maintain flexibility and efficiency in a fast-paced environment with changing deadlines
Communicate effectively in English (German language proficiency is an added advantage)
