Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Principal/Dean at our Law College located in Navi Mumbai. The Principal/Dean will oversee the academic and administrative functioning of the college, ensuring effective governance and compliance with regulations. Key responsibilities include curriculum development, faculty and student management, policy implementation, and fostering academic excellence. The role also involves representing the institution at external forums, maintaining accreditation standards, and enhancing the institute's reputation within the legal education sector.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership, decision-making, and organizational skills
• Extensive knowledge of legal education, academic curriculum development, and student assessment
• Experience in faculty management, policy formation, and operational oversight
• Commitment to maintaining high academic standards and fostering student success
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal abilities
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in academic administration or leadership roles, preferably within legal education
• Advanced degree in Law (e.g., LLM, JD, or equivalent) or relevant field; a PhD is highly desirable
• Proficiency in accreditation processes and regulatory requirements in educational institutions
