Job Description

SAP CRM Solution Design & Implementation

  • Lead the design and implementation of Service CRM solutions in S/4HANA.
  • Configure and support service requests, service orders, and service contract management.
  • Integrate Service CRM with SD, FI, and Logistics (MM) modules.
  • Provide expertise in Installed Base and Warranty Management.

Stakeholder & Team Collaboration

  • Work with business stakeholders to gather and refine requirements.
  • Guide testing, user training, and cutover activities.
  • Collaborate with offshore and onsite teams across the project lifecycle.

Leadership & Soft Skills

  • Lead workshops and guide junior consultants.
  • Exhibit strong communication, client-facing skills, and accountability.
  • Self-driven with the ability to handle complex service management scenarios.
