SAP CRM Solution Design & Implementation
- Lead the design and implementation of Service CRM solutions in S/4HANA.
- Configure and support service requests, service orders, and service contract management.
- Integrate Service CRM with SD, FI, and Logistics (MM) modules.
- Provide expertise in Installed Base and Warranty Management.
Stakeholder & Team Collaboration
- Work with business stakeholders to gather and refine requirements.
- Guide testing, user training, and cutover activities.
- Collaborate with offshore and onsite teams across the project lifecycle.
Leadership & Soft Skills
- Lead workshops and guide junior consultants.
- Exhibit strong communication, client-facing skills, and accountability.
- Self-driven with the ability to handle complex service management scenarios.
