Responsibilities

• Help to perform User Acceptance Testing Services for business process scenarios as a part of the testing scope

• Assist to develop user acceptance test plans along with the test manager and acceptance criteria for approval for testing success

• Implement a matrix of Authorized User and design requirements to test cycles and scripts

• Review and help understand the test cases for User Acceptance Testing to the users

• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing, including identification and support for all Authorized Users participating in the testing

• Help the test manager in execution of User Acceptance Testing governance and reporting

• Assist Authorized Users in the execution of User Acceptance Testing for business process as a part of the scope, which includes executing batch jobs, troubleshooting issues, and providing guidance in completing test transactions and reviewing the associated outputs

• Help the Authorized Testing users to record and report User Acceptance Testing results including defects if any

• Participate in daily stand-up calls for testing and understand the progress for defect resolution

• Review changes and enhancements with Authorized Users and obtain approval of User Acceptance Testing results

Minimum Qualifications

• Graduation: B.Tech/B.E, MBA/MCA

• Ability to deliver high quality and reliable software by collaborating with team. Outstanding analytical skills, ability to apply expertise to drive complex, technical and highly commercial solutions. Possess good verbal and written communication skills.

• Excellent customer facing skills that include conducting compelling technical briefing& demonstrations including issues, status reports and resolving impediments
