Principal Consultant – Salesforce Revenue Cloud (Australian client)

Work time: 6/7 AM IST to 2/3 PM IST- Mon to Fri
PS: Initially in May have to work for 9-10 hours due to requirement gathering. From June onwards would be 8 hours shift

Overview
Looking for a highly experienced Salesforce Revenue Cloud Consultant to lead a critical business transformation initiative involving the consolidation of two Salesforce orgs into a single unified Golden Org.
This role requires a strong blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and leadership capability. The ideal candidate will drive the implementation of Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced, ensuring scalable, efficient, and business-aligned Quote-to-Cash processes.
Key Responsibilities
1. Org Consolidation & Architecture Lead the end-to-end design and execution of merging multiple Salesforce orgs into a unified Revenue Cloud environment.
2. Revenue Cloud Implementation Design and configure complex end-to-end Revenue Cloud solutions including product bundles, pricing rules, approvals, and Quote-to-Cash processes.
3. Data Migration & Mapping Manage migration of legacy data including subscriptions, contracts, and financial records while ensuring data integrity and system alignment.
4. Stakeholder Collaboration Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
5. Team Collaboration & Leadership Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, peer reviews, and planning discussions, ensuring alignment across teams.
6. Mentorship & Knowledge Sharing Guide and upskill internal teams through training sessions, documentation, and best practice sharing.
Required Skills & Experience
● Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud (CPQ + Billing)
● Proven experience in Salesforce org consolidation or large-scale migration projects
● Deep understanding of:
○ Quote-to-Cash lifecycle
○ Pricing & product configuration
○ Billing processes and revenue recognition
● Experience handling complex data migration scenarios, including active contracts and subscriptions
● Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to business stakeholders
● Experience working in Agile environments
Certifications
● Salesforce Certified Revenue Cloud Consultant (Mandatory)
● Salesforce CPQ Specialist (Good to have)
Preferred Qualifications
● Experience with MuleSoft or ETL tools for data migration
● Background in Revenue Operations (RevOps) or Finance processes
● Experience managing Amendments, Renewals, and legacy contract transitions
