Inviting applications for the role of Principal Consultant _ Oracle Fusion Functional Consultant - Project Accounting
Key Responsibilities:
oImplement, configure, and support Oracle Fusion Project Financial Management (PPM / Project Accounting) modules.
oManage end-to-end Project Costing, Project Billing, Project Contracts, and Project Accounting processes.
oConfigure project structures, expenditure types, cost rates, burdening, and revenue recognition.
oIntegrate Project Accounting with GL, AP, AR, Costing, Procurement, and Fixed Assets.
oSupport period close activities, project costing, billing cycles, and revenue accounting.
oTroubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions within SLA.
oPrepare functional design documents (FDD), test scripts, and support UAT.
oCoordinate with technical teams for integrations, reports, and extensions.
oWork closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide best-practice solutions.
oStrong attention to detail and accuracy ability to analyze processes and information, identify problems and trends, and develop effective solutions and strategies
oAbility to work under pressure, meet deadlines, manage projects, and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
oDemonstrate integrity, trustworthiness, and good judgment
oStrong ability to match product functionality to the prospects business needs
oRespond to and troubleshoot incidents. Conduct root cause analyses.

Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications:
.Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Project Accounting / PPM.
.Solid understanding of project costing, revenue recognition, billing events, and contracts.
.Experience with Oracle Fusion Financials (GL, AP, AR) integrations.
.Knowledge of period close, reconciliations, and accounting entries.
.Exposure to Oracle OTBI / BI Publisher reports is a plus.
.Good understanding of Oracle Cloud security roles and setups.
.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
.Experience in professional services, construction, or manufacturing projects.
.Exposure to Oracle EBS to Fusion migration projects.
.Knowledge of multi-currency, multi-ledger, and multi-legal entity setups.
Preferred Qualifications:
.Good communication and customer facing skills.
.Tried capability in designing solutions and providing process consulting.
