Inviting applications for the role of Principal Consultant -Oracle Cloud Manufacturing

This position is for a Functional hands-on consultant to lead solution design and implementation of Oracle Cloud SaaS Manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Lead Solution Design and implementation of Oracle Cloud SaaS Manufacturing applications like Manufacturing (Discrete, Process, Mixed-Mode, Project Driven, Contract Manufacturing), Maintenance, Quality, PIM & Product Structures, Inventory.

• Drive Requirement Gathering, CRP, Fit-Gap analysis, Solution Design, Build, Data Conversion Workshops, SIT & UAT Test sessions, Super-User Training, Cutover/Go-Live, Hyper-care / post production support for above applications.

• Hands-on in manufacturing related data conversions like Product Structures, Operations, Work definitions, Work Orders.

• Perform Build/Application configuration and test business processes for above applications.

• Work with onsite/offshore team on a day to day basis for developing and testing integrations & customizations

• Good understanding of Business Process Flows and Industry best practices

• Completion of project deliverables on-time with good quality.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications/ Skills

• MBA withBachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, related fields or equivalent professional experience

• Should have relevant design and hands-on implementation experience of Oracle Cloud SaaS Manufacturing (Discrete, Process, Mixed-Mode, Project Driven, Contract), Maintenance, Quality, PIM & Product Structures, Inventory.

• Domain experience in Manufacturing Industry is preferred.

• Minimum exposure of 1 end-to-end Life cycle implementation of Oracle Cloud Manufacturing for Global clients.

• Experience in Functional design and testing of integrations between Oracle Cloud SaaS Manufacturing and other 3^rd party applications like MES application/3PL and Warehousing systems / other ERPs

• Should have basic knowledge of SQL and familiarization with key tables of Oracle Cloud Manufacturing to work with technical team for design and test of custom solutions.

• Knowledge in Supply Chain Planning and Production Scheduling would be preferred

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

• Proven capability in designing solutions and providing process consulting.

• Good understanding of cross-functional SCM/Financial application touch points

• Very good written and presentation / verbal communication skills with experience of customer interfacing role.

• In-depth requirement understanding skills with good analytical and problem solving ability, interpersonal efficiency, and positive attitude
