Job Description

  • 10+ years of relevant experience in Business Analysis, with experience operating in a Lead BA capacity.
  • Strong hands-on experience in Compliance, AML, KYC, Financial Crime, Risk, or Regulatory Transformation.
  • Practical knowledge of AML/KYC processes and controls, including CDD, EDD, customer risk assessment, sanctions screening, transaction monitoring, and regulatory requirements.
  • Hands-on experience with SQL and the ability to analyse large and complex datasets.
  • Experience defining data requirements, data mapping, data lineage, data quality rules, and business rules.
  • Strong experience in requirements elicitation, process modelling, gap analysis, and solution definition.
  • Experience working with Agile and/or Waterfall delivery methodologies.
  • Strong experience in UAT, test planning, defect management, and implementation support.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with senior business, Compliance, Risk, Data, and Technology stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
