  • Client Ownership, Engagement & Delivery
  • 6+ years of experience in Oracle Commerce Cloud, including contribution to multiple successful implementations
  • Responsible for providing software development activities and daily support including system configuration, technical design, development, testing and implementation eCommerce platform
  • Leadership support for new projects, conducting design, development relevant activities and documentation.
  • Lead the team of developers to develop the production ready storefront and deliver the project on schedule
  • Lead communication across business and technical stakeholders, driving clarity, alignment, and confidence
  • Operate as a trusted advisor, proactively identifying optimization opportunities, new features, and ROI-driven enhancements
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues within Commerce Cloud, performing structured root cause analysis and ensuring clear communication with stakeholders
  • Provide end-to-end technical support across application layers, ensuring timely resolution and minimal business disruption
  • Support the full project lifecycle, including discovery, solution design, development, testing, and post-production support
  • Define, implement, and enforce coding standards and best practices to ensure scalable, maintainable, and high-quality Commerce Cloud solutions
  • Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for both internal teams and customer stakeholders
  • Collaborate across cross-functional teams to design and implement integrations between Commerce Cloud and external systems
  • Manage and deliver technical design, development, and testing activities within Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery models, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards
  • Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering technical growth and ensuring alignment with best practices
  • Continuously upskill on emerging technologies and new Commerce Cloud features, driving their adoption where relevant to enhance solution capabilities
  • Technical Expertise & OCC Execution
  • Deep hands-on expertise across OCC modules in configuration, customization, and end-to-end solution delivery
  • Deep experience in multi-site, multi-language, and multi-currency implementations, ensuring scalable and globally adaptable storefront solutions
  • Strong proficiency in designing and developing both B2B and B2C storefronts, aligning user experience with business objectives
  • Hands-on expertise across Classic and OSF frameworks, including modernization and migration strategies to enhance performance and usability
  • Experience working with configurable products and integrating Commerce Cloud with CPQ systems to support complex product and pricing models
  • Strong integration experience using platforms such as OIC, Dell Boomi, or MuleSoft, enabling seamless connectivity across enterprise systems
  • Hands-on experience integrating Commerce Cloud with external applications using SSE and other integration patterns
  • Extensive expertise in OCC REST APIs, including custom development, integration design, and performance optimization
  • Strong proficiency in frontend and backend technologies including ReactJS, Node.js, Express, KnockoutJS, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and AJAX
  • Hands-on experience developing and extending OCC components such as widgets, elements, custom Knockout bindings, actions, endpoints, and fetchers
  • Experience implementing and managing webhooks, payment gateway integrations, SSO, and analytics to support secure and scalable commerce solutions
  • Extensive experience integrating OCC with ERP, CPQ, and other enterprise applications, ensuring data consistency and process alignment
  • Strong troubleshooting and debugging expertise, with the ability to identify root causes, design workarounds, and implement sustainable solutions
  • Proficiency in using developer tools, debugging frameworks, and plugins to analyze and resolve storefront and backend issues
  • Experience with version control systems such as Bitbucket and GitHub, and establishing CI/CD pipelines for efficient and controlled deployments
  • Familiarity with Agile delivery tools such as JIRA, ensuring structured tracking and delivery of development activities
  • Solid understanding of cloud architecture principles and data migration strategies across environments
