In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and stakeholders, to deliver high-quality software solutions that enhance operational efficiency and support strategic business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable and secure database architectures using MSSQL and MySQL.

• Develop complex SQL queries, stored procedures, triggers, and views.

• Create and maintain database schemas that support business processes.

• Optimize database performance through indexing, query tuning, and server configuration.

• Monitor and troubleshoot database performance issues and bottlenecks.

• Implement and manage database security protocols, including access controls and encryption.

• Ensure data integrity, backup, and disaster recovery procedures are in place and tested.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications

• BE/ B Tech/ MCA

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

• Proficient in writing and optimizing SQL queries.

• Strong understanding of relational database design principles.

• Experience with performance tuning and troubleshooting.

• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).

• Knowledge of backup, recovery, and high availability strategies.

• Familiarity with NoSQL databases like MongoDB is a plus.

• Experience with ETL tools and data warehousing concepts.

• Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python, Shell) for automation.
