In this role,Inviting applications for the role of French speaking resource (Near-Native Fluency) with a good understanding of any web technology skills such as Java/.Net/ JavaScript/Vue.js/Node.js/Python and familiarity with RDBMS (Basic SQL Commands) and basic ITIL process.
Responsibilities
B1 level French language skill - French language practitioner after completing B1.
To liaison in a Technology delivery work between France team & India team - French to English.
Any tech. delivery experience (PM/Scrum Master, Developer) is Ok.
we are seeking a skilled and experienced French resource who is very articulate with technical capabilities to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for resolving Software application issues and managing the End-to-End communication in French with the customer. The ideal candidate will have strong linguistic skills, attention to detail, and cultural sensitivities.
Coordinate with Vendors, Business users and other stake holders regularly in French via Teams meetings/Ad hoc Calls/Mails/Chat/Tickets.
Participate in Operational meetings with the customer to provide overall status updates in French
Translate ServiceNow Tickets into French to English and vice-versa
Translate/interpret SOPs/KBAs/Documents/Recorded trainings based on requirements, including but not limited to, articles, reports, marketing materials, website content, and legal documents, from English to French and vice versa.
Help the team members in setting French templates for user communication.
Ensure the accuracy and quality of mail or ticket communication in French, paying attention to grammar, punctuation, and cultural nuances.
Work on SOP based ticketing/non-ticketing activity
Flexible to work during European Time zone.
Flexible to work during off-shift hours/weekends on Ad hoc basis.
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in handling sensitive information.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
Any one of the following in French:
Master's Degree in French or C1/C2 from Alliance franchise
Immersion programs or Additional course
Specialized Training
Internships or work experience in IT Application Support
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Proven experience as a French Techno Functional Analyst for Application support project.
Excellent proficiency in both English and French, with strong writing and communication skills in both languages.
IT IL V3/V4 certified
Proficiency in translation/Interpretations is an advantage.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy under tight deadlines.
Cultural sensitivity and awareness of linguistic nuances.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
