Principal Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage consulting projects end-to-end, ensuring quality delivery and client satisfaction.
• Understand client needs, develop customized solutions, and translate business challenges into actionable strategies.
• Act as a subject matter expert in [insert domain, e.g., digital transformation, finance, operations, healthcare, technology].
• Build and maintain strong client relationships at senior levels.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver multi-disciplinary solutions.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior consultants and project teams.
• Contribute to practice development, thought leadership, and knowledge management.
• Drive business development efforts including proposal development, pitch presentations, and identifying new opportunities.
• Track project performance, prepare reports, and ensure alignment with client expectations and budget constraints.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; MBA or relevant master's degree preferred.
• 8+ years of consulting or industry experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.
• Proven track record of delivering strategic and operational consulting projects.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience with project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Scrum, PMP).
• Ability to work across industries and adapt quickly to different business contexts.

Preferred Skills:

• Domain expertise in a specific industry or function (e.g., IT, supply chain, HR, data analytics, cloud services).
• Experience in business transformation, change management, or digital innovation projects.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to drive account growth.
• Exposure to global clients and cross-cultural teams.
