RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Serve as the subject matter expert in one or more areas of consulting technology.
- Collaborate with clients or internal stakeholders to assess their needs and challenges and provide expert recommendations and solutions. Lead major client engagements and oversee project portfolios.
- Design, develop and implement the solution in the technology solution to meet the client needs.
- Lead and oversee projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget, and that they meet quality standards.
- Provide direct and indirect mentorship and guidance to other teams and consultants, fostering professional growth and knowledge sharing.
- Identify potential risks and vulnerabilities in systems and propose mitigation strategies.
- Evaluate and select technology vendors, products, and services that best meet the organizations needs.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor.
- Stay up to date with the latest technological trends and innovations and assess their relevance to the organization.
MINIMUM AND/OR PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION:
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, etc.
- MBA, relevant masters degree or PhD (technical accounting, management system, Business Admin, etc.) expected.
EXPERIENCE:
- 10+ years of consulting or industry experience.
- 5+ years of implementation experience or hands-on administration with Oracle EPM/BI solutions is required
- Experience with Oracle Planning Cloud (previously PBCS or EPBCS) preferred
- Experience with Oracle Financial Close and Consolidations (FCC) Cloud preferred
- Experience with Oracle Data Management or FDMEE desired
- Experience with Smart View required
- Experience with Narrative Reporting desired
- Experience with Essbase 21c (on prem or cloud) preferred
- Experience with Oracle Account Reconciliation (ARCS)
- Extensive experience in consulting or a related role, with a proven track record of successful project delivery
- Different roles such as consultant, network administration, system analysis, or project management.
- Consulting experience in a similar role in a professional services firm or industry experience at a strategic level is required.
- In-depth knowledge of the technologies and systems relevant.
- Leading and managing different projects
