Principal Consultant

We are seeking a Principal / Lead who has spent their career inside warehouses, distribution centers, and global logistics control towers and then built the SAP EWM and TM systems that run them. This individual must be a genuine hands-on practitioner: able to design a warehouse structure, configure putaway and FEFO picking strategies, build a multi-modal transportation lane, design 3PL integration patterns (both EDI and non-EDI), and explain why each decision was made in business terms. They will lead the Logistics and Warehouse Management workstream on a large-scale, multi-region S/4 transformation — spanning Finished Goods DCs, Manufacturing Warehouses, and POS DCs across NORAM, EMEA, LATAM, Brazil, and APAC — serving as the primary authority from L3 design through post-go-live optimization.

The Benchmark We Are Hiring To

• You have personally configured SAP EWM - warehouse structure, process types, putaway strategies, wave management, FEFO on at least 3 implementations

• You have led a TM implementation across multiple regions and at least two transport modes (Road + Ocean at minimum), end-to-end throOrder Release to Logistics / Planning

• Delivery Release & FTL Load Economics: design of delivery release timing across a Day-0 to Day-30 transit lead-time horizon, including FTL load building, cube/weight optimization, and the handoff to TM

• You have designed 3PL integration in both EDI and non-EDI modes — and you know which patterns hold up at scale

• You have walked a warehouse floor with a client and translated what you saw into EWM configuration decisions by the end of the day

• You have led a TM implementation that reduced freight cost or improved OTIF — and you can quote the numbers
