Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role for a Principal located in Chennai. The Principal will oversee daily school operations, ensure adherence to educational policies and standards, communicate effectively with staff, students, and parents, and maintain a safe and conducive learning environment. Other responsibilities include developing academic programs, managing budgets, hiring and training staff, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.

• Educational Leadership and School Administration skills
• Experience in curriculum development and academic program planning
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to manage budgets and administrative duties
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Commitment to fostering a collaborative and inclusive school culture
• Master's degree in Education or related field
• Experience in a similar leadership role within an educational institution is highly desirable
