Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct end-to-end system testing, including manual and automated test scripts.
  • Translate business processes and applications into clear test scenarios.
  • Perform formal system validation activities (IQ, OQ, PQ) and document SDLC artifacts such as Test Scripts, Traceability Matrix, and Test Summary Reports.
  • Manage issues/bugs in ticketing systems (e.g., JIRA).
  • Author business and functional requirements, as well as propose software improvements.
  • Configure business processes and mappings for pharmacovigilance/drug safety clients in Japan.
  • Write and execute SQL queries for data validation and analysis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery and high client satisfaction.
