Job Description

Specific Assignments:

  • Act as primary contact for infrastructure support within the Food, Feed & Agro Testing Europe Operations L2 Team.
  • Manage desktops and servers patching, tracking relevant KPIs.
  • Address workspace-related queries and issues.
  • Support M365 components including Outlook, Office, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
  • Handle identity and access management (IAM) queries.
  • Triage application-related problems to appropriate support groups.
  • Maintain IT User Zones and Application Availability Groups, ensuring patch compliance using relevant tools.
  • Support IT infrastructure transformation, integration, and segregation projects across Europe.
  • Collaborate with Monitoring, Cloud, Compute, Network, and Application teams to deliver holistic infrastructure solutions.
  • Own incoming requests and manage escalations.
  • Assist in creating operational documents, communications, and processes.

Required Skills:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in patching deployment (Windows, O365, Linux) with KPI monitoring.
  • Proficient in SCCM, Azure Update Manager, and ManageEngine Endpoint Central.
  • Experience in server infrastructure design and transition (virtual & physical).
  • Expertise with Windows Server 2016/2019/2022, File Servers, Active Directory, and Azure.
  • Troubleshooting skills for Windows 10, Windows 11, and O365 environments.
  • Familiarity with monitoring tools.
  • Strong command of English, both written and spoken.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience with Exchange Online.
  • Automation skills using PowerShell, Ansible, or similar tools.
  • Experience using ServiceNow ticketing system.
  • ITIL Foundation certification.
  • Knowledge of Site24x7 monitoring tools.
