Bachelors/masters in computer science, Information Systems or related field


10-15 years experience in Enterprise Solution Architecture preferably in airline travel retail


Architecture design blueprints business data application integration


Market place partner integrations APIs B2B/B2C platforms payment ecosystems


Event driven architecture EDA Kafka


Customer experience enablement personalization omnichannel loyalty integration


Knowledge of airline retailing standards NDC ONE Order IATA Retailing Maturity Model


Technical Skill:


Strong command of web technologies Reactjs Nodejs


Deep experience with mobile frameworks React Native native iOSAndroid


Backend proficiency in netcore Python and microservices architecture


Handson experience with containerization Docker Kubernetes OpenShiftand cloud services GCP Azure


Strong database knowledge SQL PostgreSQL SQL Server NoSQL MongoDB Cosmos DB


Expertise in integration and API design REST GraphQL messaging Kafka RabbitMQ and integration patterns


Experience in solution architectures for airline retail and commerce covering booking merchandising ancillaries payments and loyalty


Create highlevel and detailed architecture designs aligned with enterprise standards


Ensure solutions support scalability performance and customercentric requirements


Experience with


Microservices and Eventdriven Architecture


Domain driven Design DDD


Backend for Frontend BFF


Experience in APIfirst integration patterns for external marketplaces partners and payment providers


Experience in implementing eventbased integration models using platforms such as Kafka


Experience in implementing event flows for dynamic offers personalization and customer notifications


Have good experience in translating customer journey needs into technical solutions


Enable capabilities such as personalized offers consistent omnichannel journeys and realtime engagement


Design solutions that reduce friction across booking payment and other CX touchpoints
