What We're Looking For:-

• We are seeking a backend-heavy full stack engineer
• Has owned and managed live production systems
• Is comfortable with deployments, debugging, fixes, and infrastructure stability
• Can work independently in a startup-style environment
• Brings an ownership mindset, not a task-based execution approach

Key Responsibilities:-

• Own and manage the backend platform end-to-end
• Diagnose and resolve production issues on live systems
• Handle AWS deployments, monitoring, and scaling
• Maintain and improve platform stability, performance, and reliability
• Collaborate closely with AI engineers on backend integrations
• Support future system migrations and architectural improvements

Must-Have Skills:-

• Django (strong, hands-on production experience)
• PostgreSQL or MySQL
• AWS (deployment, debugging, scaling, infrastructure management)
• Experience owning production environments

Good-to-Have Skills:-

• React / Node.js (for future migration plans)
• Experience with geospatial data or mapping systems
• Experience in system or platform migration
