Brief Description

Happiest Minds is looking for a seasoned Test Architect with 20+ years experience for one of its Tech savvy customers to build nextgen QE solutions delivering exceptional value and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define Quality Strategy for evolving modern architectures
• Conceptualize, Design and Implement QE Platform aligning to customers quality needs in consultative mode
• Ensure solution alignment to performance, reliability, security and privacy requirements
• Single Point of Contact to work with Sr. Solution Architect in customer organization
• Collaborate with customer stakeholders to understand Application architectures, transformation roadmap and proactively align QE strategy
• Measure and Articulate Value delivered through QE
• Bring thought leadership in terms of industry trends, latest innovation in QE relevant for customers domain
• Explore potential of leveraging GenAI and Agentic AI in QE

• Build cohesive and fungible QE Team with futuristic tech skills relevant to customer requirements

  Primary Skills:

• Holistic experience in Quality Engineering in driving End to End engagements
• Strong experience in Test Automation covering UI, API and Data Streaming across Functional, Non-Functional and Compliances
• Exposure to AI/ML, GenAI and experience in building PoCs around QE use cases using Copilot, Cursor.AI. Experience in building Agents would be added advantage
• Sound knowledge and understanding of LLMs (OpenAI, Claude) and configurations
• Prompt Engineering and experience in working with MCP
• Innovation mindset with experience in building tools, frameworks and accelerators
• Hands-on experience in one of the leading Test Automation Tools e.g. Playwright
• Experience in Data Engineering, Python and Cloud preferably AWS
• Thorough understanding of Agile QE Process and Maturity Frameworks like TMMi
• Managed large QE teams from technical perspectives operating in distributed agile model
• Knowledge and working experience in media & advertising domain especially on digital platforms will be added advantage
