Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Architect with strong expertise in High-Rise Residential and Commercial buildings, Villas, Mansions, and Township projects. The candidate will support and guide the architectural team in design development, statutory compliance, coordination, and execution of architectural drawings.

Key Responsibilities

1. Architectural Design & Planning

·      Layout & Master Plan Experience is mandatory.

·      Preparation of architectural drawings for high-rise residential and commercial buildings.

·      Experience in Township layout is preferred.

• Preparation of villa and mansion architectural layouts and working drawings.

• Development of architectural elevations and façade concepts.

• Preparation of township master plans and layout designs.

• Preparation of services layout for township projects.

·      Preparation of Authority drawings for Approval.

·      Experience in Project area statements.

• Knowledge of BMRDA and BDA guidelines for approvals and compliance.

2. 3D Modeling & Visualization

• Preparation of 3D models using SketchUp.

• Development of presentation drawings and design concepts.

• Advantage if having knowledge in landscape design and façade lighting concepts.

3. Coordination & Team Support

• Assist and guide the architectural team in project execution.

• Coordinate with Structural Design team for structural integration.

• Coordinate with MEP team for services integration.

• Ensure drawings are aligned with design intent and statutory norms.

Technical Skills

• AutoCAD (Mandatory)

• SketchUp

• Strong knowledge of local development regulations (BMRDA & BDA)

• Experience in township infrastructure and services planning

Desired Profile

• Strong experience in high-rise, villas, and township projects.

• Good coordination and leadership skills.

• Strong understanding of building bye-laws and approval processes.

• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
