Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Define, drive, and evolve enterprise digital platform architecture aligned with business objectives.
  • Architect scalable multi-tenant, cloud-native, API-first, and event-driven platforms.
  • Lead DevOps transformation initiatives with Infrastructure as Code (IaC), CI/CD, automation, observability, and security best practices.
  • Design frameworks for AI-driven insights, predictive analytics, and intelligent operational monitoring.
  • Establish performance strategy and engineering principles to ensure scalability, resilience, reliability, and efficiency.
  • Oversee networking architecture including VPC design, service mesh, routing, load balancing, and secure hybrid-cloud connectivity.
  • Collaborate closely with product, engineering, infrastructure, and security teams to align architecture standards and roadmap.
  • Drive thought leadership around platform reliability, optimization, governance, and cloud cost efficiency.
  • Mentor architects and engineering teams, fostering innovation, collaboration, and technical excellence.

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • 15+ years of experience in software architecture, cloud architecture, or platform engineering leadership roles.
  • Strong expertise in designing distributed, microservices-based, multi-tenant platforms on AWS. Experience with Azure or GCP is an added advantage.
  • Hands-on experience with:
  • Kubernetes & Containers
  • Cloud Networking (VPCs, Service Mesh, Load Balancing)
  • Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, etc.)
  • CI/CD Pipelines & DevOps Practices
  • Proven experience building and governing high-performance, high-traffic digital platforms.
  • Strong understanding of AI/ML, intelligent automation, observability, and operational analytics.
  • Expertise in cloud security, networking architecture, scalability, and cost optimization best practices.
  • AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Professional certification preferred.
