We design and develop purpose-built real estate projects with a service-led approach appealing to a discerning audience. The VP Senior Architect will lead the company's architectural vision and design strategy across all development projects. This senior leadership role requires driving innovation while ensuring alignment with business goals, regulatory standards, and market demands. As the custodian of design excellence, you will guide internal teams, fostering collaboration with architects, consultants, and contractors. The role is pivotal in shaping the company's environment, ensuring every project reflects design integrity, commercial success, and timely execution.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Development

• Drive the design process from concept to execution across residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.
• Translate development briefs into creative, functional, and market-aligned architectural solutions.
• Maintain design quality, consistency, and alignment with the company's brand vision.

Coordination & Project Delivery

• Coordinate closely with external architects, structural, MEP, landscape, faade, and other specialist consultants to ensure integrated design solutions.
• Manage consultant deliverables, design packages, and approvals within project timelines.
• Liaise with statutory authorities, planning bodies, and technical consultants to facilitate compliance and approvals.
• Review working drawings, shop drawings, and mock-ups to safeguard design intent during execution.

Quality & Compliance

• Ensure adherence to local building codes, regulations, sustainability standards, and safety norms.
• Implement design guidelines, material standards, and value-engineering strategies.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor execution against the approved design.

Strategic Input

• Contribute to long-term design vision, master planning, and innovation across the company's portfolio.
• Provide design inputs for marketing, branding, and investor communications.
• Research and integrate emerging trends in sustainable, smart, and cost-efficient design.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's / master's degree in architecture from a recognised institute.
• 1015 years experience, including at least 5 years in a senior design/coordination role with a property developer or reputed design practice.
• Strong project portfolio covering large-scale residential, commercial, and/or mixed-use developments.
• Proven expertise in consultant coordination and project delivery.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, BIM, SketchUp, and related design tools.
• Deep understanding of local regulations, approval processes, and construction practices.
