Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi for a Studio Head. The Studio Head will oversee day-to-day operations, including managing teams, supervising projects, and ensuring effective resource allocation. Responsibilities include leading teams, managing budgets, implementing strategies for growth, and fostering collaboration within the studio. Additionally, the Studio Head will act as a leader in project execution, generating new opportunities, and maintaining high-quality deliverables.

Qualifications

• Proven ability in Team Management, Team Leadership, and fostering collaboration
• Experience in Budgeting and resource allocation for studio and project needs
• Strong skills in Project Management, including planning, executing, and delivering projects on time
• Knowledge and proficiency in Marketing strategies to promote the studio and its offerings
• Exceptional organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field; advanced qualifications are a plus
• Proven experience in a leadership role within the architecture or interiors industry
