We are seeking an experienced Principal Architect to join our design team, with strong expertise in residential high-rise projects.

Job Title: Principal Architect – Design Department

Experience: 18+ Years

Industry: Real Estate / Construction (Residential – High-Rise)

• Lead and manage the architectural design team for multiple residential high-rise projects
• Ensure designs meet project requirements, budgets, timelines, and quality standards
• Mentor and develop the design team for high performance and innovation
• Ensure compliance with building codes and statutory regulations

• Strong expertise in residential high-rise architecture
• Excellent leadership and team-handling skills
• In-depth knowledge of building codes, approvals, and regulations
• Strong coordination, communication, and presentation skills
• Proficiency in architectural design tools and software

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture (B.Arch / M.Arch)
• Minimum 18+ years of relevant experience in real estate/construction
• Proven track record of handling large-scale residential projects
