What the Role Is

  • Design and implement analog and mixed-signal circuits for advanced PowerTile IC designs for AI processors
  • Define top-level specifications in collaboration with system architects and product teams.
  • Perform transistor-level design, simulation, and verification across PVT corners using industry-standard EDA tools.
  • Work closely with system, test, and product engineers to ensure successful product development.

Skills & Qualifications

  • MS or PhD in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • 10+ years of hands-on analog/mixed-signal IC design experience.
  • Strong foundation in device physics, analog circuit theory, and CMOS/BiCMOS processes.
  • Solid understanding of analog design fundamentals (gain, stability, noise, mismatch, compensation).
  • Proficiency with Cadence Virtuoso, Spectre, or equivalent EDA tools.
  • Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and technical leadership abilities.
