Principal Analog Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of Power ICs including voltage regulators, linear and switching DC-DC converters.
• Own the complete product lifecycle from specifications to production release.
• Architect ICs from system-level requirements and drive block-level design and integration.
• Design and develop switching converters, charge pumps, LDOs, temperature sensors, ADCs, and other analog components.
• Ensure high-performance control loop design, including compensation and optimization for performance and reliability.
• Conduct root cause analysis, silicon debug, and validation to ensure first-time-right silicon.
• Lead the layout planning and implementation with attention to FET layout, noise isolation, and performance trade-offs.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure integration of ICs into larger systems.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers in analog design practices and quality standards.
• Define and implement design flows, methodologies, and review processes to ensure consistent delivery.
