About the Role
Regenesys School of AI (SAI) is seeking a Principal AI Trainer & Enterprise AI Facilitator who can seamlessly transition between delivering hands-on technical bootcamps for developers and executive-level AI strategy workshops for CXOs and business leaders.
This role is ideal for an experienced AI professional who combines deep technical expertise with exceptional training and facilitation skills. You will empower organizations to adopt AI by delivering engaging learning experiences, building real-world AI solutions, and driving AI awareness across technical and business audiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver hands-on technical training, including live coding sessions using Python, Jupyter/Google Colab, and modern AI frameworks.
- Train developers and engineering teams on building GenAI applications, RAG systems, AI agents, and enterprise AI solutions.
- Conduct AI awareness, AI adoption, and AI strategy workshops for CXOs, business leaders, and management teams using practical demonstrations, business use cases, and case studies (no coding required).
- Design and develop AI/GenAI/Agentic AI demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and training labs for learning programs.
- Create training curricula, certification programs, assessments, and bootcamp content aligned with industry trends.
- Deliver classroom, virtual, and onsite corporate training programs across India.
- Represent Regenesys School of AI at conferences, webinars, workshops, and industry events as an AI thought leader.
Required Skills & Experience
- 10+ years of overall professional experience with at least 5+ years in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Data Science.
- Strong hands-on programming expertise in Python, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Natural Language Processing (NLP).
- Ability to write, explain, and demonstrate code live during technical training sessions.
- Practical experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) such as GPT, Claude, Gemini, Llama, Mistral, and other open-source models.
- Strong knowledge of GenAI and Agentic AI frameworks, including LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and Model Context Protocol (MCP).
- Proven experience as a Corporate Trainer, AI Faculty, Technical Trainer, AI Consultant, or Learning Facilitator with a strong track record of delivering technical and executive training programs.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills with the ability to engage developers, managers, and senior leadership.
- Comfortable delivering training in classroom, virtual, and boardroom environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience delivering AI strategy and AI adoption workshops for CXOs and senior leadership teams.
- Background in EdTech, Corporate Learning & Development (L&D), AI academies, or training organizations.
- Industry exposure to BFSI, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Retail, Telecom, Energy, GCCs, IT Services, Government, or Education sectors.
- Experience building enterprise AI solutions, proof-of-concepts, or AI transformation initiatives.
