Job Description

Description

  • Lead the architecture and development of AI/ML models, including deep learning, NLP, computer vision, or generative AI systems.
  • Define AI strategy and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
  • Design scalable, production-ready machine learning pipelines and infrastructure.
  • Oversee model lifecycle management, including training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring.
  • Ensure best practices in data quality, model performance, and ethical AI usage.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI-driven innovation.
  • Mentor and guide engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
  • Stay updated with emerging AI trends and integrate relevant advancements into solutions.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field (PhD preferred).
  • 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with significant focus on AI/ML systems.
  • Proven experience building and deploying large-scale machine learning models in production environments.
  • Strong expertise in Python and ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
  • Deep understanding of algorithms, data structures, and distributed computing.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and MLOps practices.
  • Demonstrated leadership in driving complex technical projects end-to-end.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with generative AI, large language models, or reinforcement learning.
  • Familiarity with data engineering and big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Kafka).
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
