We are building a new generation of AI-native platforms for Brokerage and Wealth Management, powered by Agentic AI systems capable of reasoning, acting, and delivering real outcomes for investors.
We are looking for an exceptional Principal AI Engineer who wants to build real AI systems, not demos. This role is for someone who thrives at the intersection of AI, systems architecture, and product execution — and wants to turn cutting-edge AI capabilities into production-grade platforms used by real clients.
You will own the entire technology stack and engineering roadmap, and help define how agent-based AI systems are deployed in financial services.
What You Will Do
Own the Technology Platform
- Architect and build the core AI platform and engineering stack from the ground up.
- Define the system architecture for scalable agentic AI systems.
- Establish engineering standards, tooling, and deployment pipelines.
Build Real Agentic AI Systems
- Design and implement AI agent workflows that perform real tasks, not just chat interfaces.
- Integrate LLMs, retrieval systems, external tools, and orchestration layers into robust systems.
- Build agent-based systems capable of reasoning, analysis, and action in financial workflows.
Turn AI Ideas into Production Systems
- Rapidly prototype new AI capabilities and ship production-ready solutions.
- Solve the hard problems in real-world AI systems: reliability, hallucinations, evaluation, guardrails, and scaling.
Lead the Engineering Function
- Build and mentor a high-performance AI engineering team.
- Drive a culture of speed, ownership, and engineering excellence.
- Partner closely with product and domain experts to translate ideas into shipped products.

Experience
- 5+ years in software engineering, AI/ML systems, or platform development.
- Proven experience building complex production systems.
AI Expertise
- Strong familiarity with LLMs, AI application architectures, and modern AI tooling.
- Experience with agent frameworks, orchestration systems, or autonomous AI workflows is a major plus.
Technical Depth
- Strong system design and architecture capability.
- Experience with Python, APIs, distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, and scalable backends.
Bonus
- Exposure to financial markets, fintech, or trading platforms.
